- At each participating location, scan the QR code to fill out a form with your name, email, the business you’re visiting, and the secret code displayed above the QR code.
- Every 4 businesses you scan will earn you one entry into 1 of 2 $250 CHV Mega Prize Packs!
- No registration needed – just bring your egg basket and join the fun!
