Join the businesses of Crescent Heights Village BIA for Halloween Handouts and a Kids Costume Contest 4-7 p.m. on Centre St. between 10th and 11th Avenues. We’ll have candy, hot chocolate and will post photos of your great costumes to our social media where our followers can oooo, ahhhh and vote for their favourites (no identifying information required).
